About
Watson Hall is a state-of-the-art residence hall, located at the corner of South Dixie Highway and Pembroke Place, right in the center of campus and just a short walk from Downtown West Palm Beach. Completed in 2020, this eight-story, 163,000-square-foot building houses over 500 returning students in a modern and community-focused environment, with male and female students separated by floors.
The hall features 154 apartment-style units, including one- and two-bedroom layouts designed for double occupancy. Each apartment includes a full kitchen and a furnished living area with a couch, coffee table, media stand, and kitchen seating, creating a comfortable space for students to relax and connect.
Bedrooms are fully furnished with loftable beds, desks, chairs, dressers, and ample closet space. The layout is designed to maximize both functionality and comfort, giving students the flexibility to create a true home away from home.
Each floor includes community rooms, private study spaces, and laundry facilities, offering both social and academic support spaces. The main lobby serves as a central hub for student life, featuring lounge areas and recreational options like ping pong tables that encourage connection and community.
With its prime location near the Warren Library and DeSantis chapel on campus, modern apartment-style living, and strong focus on community, Watson Hall provides an elevated on-campus living experience for students.
